What to send
The most useful note identifies the page, quotes the exact sentence at issue, and supplies a primary source or a clear description of the documentation problem. Relevant topics include a corrected citation, a newly published peer-reviewed study, a changed regulatory status, a mislabeled evidence tier, or an analytical claim that exceeds the method described.
For certificate or custody questions, remove personal information and proprietary identifiers before writing. State what the document claims, which lot fields appear, what method is named, and which link seems incomplete. The desk can explain the editorial logic used on these pages, but it cannot authenticate a product, laboratory, or seller from a screenshot.
